How do I place an order?

You can browse products, add items to your cart, and complete payment securely using our checkout page.

Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid to ensure smooth and secure delivery.

We DO NOT store card numbers, CVV, UPI IDs, or banking details.

Do you deliver all over India?

Right now, PaintSmart delivers across Tamil Nadu. Pan-India shipping will be added soon.

  • Free shipping for orders above ₹5,000
  • A flat ₹149 shipping fee for orders below ₹5,000
  • Additional charges for heavy items above 20 litres (automatically calculated at checkout)
  • Tamil Nadu major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other TN towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote/hill areas: 7–14 business days

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we send SMS/Email with tracking details.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel before dispatch.
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return (if eligible).

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective or leaking paint cans
  • Wrong product delivered
  •  
  • Opened paint cans
  • Custom tint colours
  • Used tools
  • Items damaged by improper use
  • If Paintsmart sent wrong/damaged items → We pay.
  • For customer change-of-mind → Customer pays.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection of the returned product.

How accurate are the paint colours shown on the website?

Colours on screens may vary based on lighting, device, and surface conditions.
We recommend using colour samples before final application.

Yes. However, custom tinted colours are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes. All orders include a GST invoice.

Does PaintSmart allow third-party vendors to sell?

Yes, PaintSmart may allow verified vendors/brands to list products. All vendors must follow our quality and packaging standards.

  • Proper packaging

Non-compliant vendors are removed.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can order as a guest.
But having an account helps you track orders and view purchase history.

Yes. We follow strict data protection practices and do not share your information without consent.

No. We never store sensitive payment data.

My order arrived damaged—what should I do?

Please report the issue within 48 hours with photos/videos.
We will arrange replacement or refund.

We will replace it at no extra cost.
Return pickup will be arranged by us.
