We deliver across TamilNadu. For some remote or restricted areas delivery may take longer or additional charges may apply (if you choose to restrict to certain districts, specify) so kindly includes you pin code properly without error.
2.2-Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation. (sometimes the processing time will take delay due to some reason kindly bare that delay.
Custom or large-volume orders (e.g., special colours, large drums) may take 7-10 business days
2.3-Delivery Time
Standard delivery: 3 – 7 business days from dispatch for major metro cities.
For Tamil Nadu (e.g., Madurai), typically 2 – 5 business days.
If shipping to remote/rural regions, delivery may take 7 – 14 business days.
During peak seasons (sales, festival, festival promotions) delivery may take bit longer so kindly contact us once you didn’t receive your order after 14 business days.
2.4-Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping on orders above ₹5,000 within TamilNadu.
For orders below threshold / heavy volume (large litres) additional shipping charge may apply.
2.5-Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping/tracking number via email/SMS.
For any delay beyond the stated delivery window, please contact our customer service to get an instant solution for that order.
2.6-Risk & Title
Title and risk of loss/damage for goods pass to the customer once we hand over to courier service or at dispatch point.
If you notice any damage or shortage on delivery, please sign note “damaged/shortage noted” and inform us within 48 hours.
2.7-Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal, or inability to contact, and the shipment is returned to us, we will notify the customer.
Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
If the customer fails to accept or arrange reshipment within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel order and apply cancellation or restocking fees.
